Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms, located upstairs in the amazing old building, were very clean and tastefully decorated. Being ready early was a nice touch, and the room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with good hot water pressure, strong internet, all nestled in a great location just a 5-minute walk from the harbor and a variety of food options.
Staying at this hotel felt like being with good friends. While the rooms were cozy and comfortable, the noise from passing cars was a bit of a downside. The breakfast selection was individually served, which seemed a bit wasteful. The entrance door facing the street made it a bit noisy at times.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was convenient, right in the heart of Heraklion and close to everything, making it easy to explore. However, the room was not as cozy as I expected, with street noise disrupting my sleep. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me during a travel hiccup. The dining was a highlight, offering delicious Cretan products and a menu full of sensational dishes. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
